What we are
WeLiquidateRestaurants.com is a marketplace and directory. We provide a place for people to list equipment, businesses for sale and services. Unless we are running a liquidation sale under a separate written agreement, we are not a party to transactions between users and do not own, inspect or guarantee the items, businesses or services listed.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Listing rules
- Listings must be accurate, honest and for items or businesses you have the right to sell or advertise.
- Only post photos and text you own or have permission to use.
- Do not list stolen, recalled, counterfeit or illegal items, or anything that violates the law.
- Do not post spam, duplicate listings, misleading prices or contact details that are not yours.
- Businesses for sale must be labeled correctly as ready to run, franchise opportunity or liquidation.
We may edit, decline or remove any listing, and suspend any account, at our discretion.
Listings from public sources and claims
Some listings are created from publicly available information and link to their original source. If a listing is about your business, you can claim it, correct it or ask us to remove it.
Franchise information
Franchise listings summarize information franchisors publish about their programs and link to the official source. We are not a franchise broker and are not affiliated with the brands listed unless stated. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a franchise or a representation of earnings. Always review the franchisor’s Franchise Disclosure Document and verify all details directly with the franchisor.
Buying and selling safely
Inspect items before you pay, meet in safe places, and use secure payment methods. Do your own due diligence on any business for sale. We are not responsible for disputes between users.
Liquidation services
Liquidation and auction services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement with the business owner.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from listings, transactions or content posted by users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
